Embroidery Up Close
Our embroidery capabilities at Logo Unlimited allow us to customize a variety of apparel to fit with our clients’ needs, whether we’re creating a logo on a baseball cap or a detailed design on a sweatshirt. Different types of stitches compose decorative designs and patterns, which can in turn incorporate beads, sequins, or other embellishments. Although embroidery had its first practical use in mending garments, it eventually evolved into expressive and decorative art.
Laser Etching Up Close
This technique adds precision and elegance to delicate materials such as synthetic and cotton fabrics; rough surfaces such as glass bottles, cutting boards, and sheet metals; and everything in between. Combined with embroidery, it creates a technique called appliqué. Laser etching achieves fine detail in decorations, logos, and branding by utilizing extreme cutting accuracy and efficiency at different depths. Our laser etching capabilities can assist with many projects and many different materials in addition to apparel—we can etch on just about any surface.
Screen Printing Up Close
Screen printing is one of the most widely used decoration techniques in the world today. Also known as silk screening or serigraph printing, is a process where multiple screen stencils line up, ink is pushed through the mesh screen onto fabric to create a “stencil,” and the fabric is cured through a large dryer. Colored inks are pushed through one at a time to create the most high-quality image possible, and the screen printing process can be manipulated easily to achieve the desired effect.
Heat Transfer Up Close
Heat transfer is the process of transferring substances such as vinyl, silicone, and others to a garment using a combination of heat and pressure. The vinyl heat transfer method uses a machine to cut out a design in pieces of the designated material, and then a heat press is used to press each piece of material onto the garment being designed. The digital print heat transfer method prints the desired graphic onto heat transfer paper with solvent ink before pressing the graphic onto the garment.
Dye Sublimation Up Close
Dye sublimation is another type of heat transfer method. Dye sublimation printing is a digital printing technique that uses full-color designs with substrates coated in polymer and polyester. The image is printed onto transfer paper and then pressed onto a polyester cloth blend, and the heat causes the ink to bond permanently with the polymers in the material.

Raise designs with embossing and lower designs with debossing. Get 3D logos, designs, and patterns on various surfaces. Add levels to the die, creating a multilayered design.
